Responses from the artificial intelligence virtual assistant are purely informative and indicative in nature, and under no circumstances replace the review and decision of a person.

Hexagonal Guru S.L. uses artificial intelligence technologies on the Website and in the provision of its services in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 laying down harmonised rules on artificial intelligence (the European Artificial Intelligence Act or «AI Act»), which has been directly applicable in Spain since 1 August 2024 under a progressive implementation schedule.

• Virtual assistant (chatbot): the Website may include an AI-based support assistant. In accordance with Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, we inform you that you are interacting with an artificial intelligence system. Conversations may be recorded for the purpose of handling your request and improving the service, and any personal data you may provide will be processed in accordance with this policy (legal basis: consent and legitimate interest).

• No decisions based solely on artificial intelligence that produce significant legal effects on individuals are adopted without prior human intervention and review, in accordance with Article 22 of the GDPR and Article 14 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689.

In Spain, supervision of artificial intelligence corresponds to the Spanish Agency for the Supervision of Artificial Intelligence (AESIA, created by Royal Decree 729/2023), in coordination with the AEPD when the system processes personal data. The Organic Law Bill for the proper use and governance of artificial intelligence is currently going through the parliamentary process; until it is approved, the European Regulation is directly applicable.

The services on the Website are intended for persons over 14 years of age. In accordance with Article 7 of the LOPDGDD, we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 14.
