The engagement of the professional services of Hexagonal Guru S.L. shall be governed by the corresponding contracts, quotations and particular conditions agreed with each client. In general:

• The prices of the services will be determined in each proposal and will not be binding until the corresponding engagement is formalised.
• The specific conditions of provision, deadlines and warranties of each service will be set out in the corresponding contract or work order.

The Website may integrate an AI-based virtual assistant. In accordance with Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the European Artificial Intelligence Act or «AI Act»), users are informed that they are interacting with an artificial intelligence system. • Hexagonal Guru S.L. does not use artificial intelligence systems subject to the prohibited practices under Article 5 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689.
• Content generated by means of artificial intelligence will be identified as such where required by applicable regulations, including Spanish regulations where applicable.

Supervision of artificial intelligence in Spain corresponds to the Spanish Agency for the Supervision of Artificial Intelligence (AESIA), in coordination with the AEPD when personal data is processed and, at European level, the European AI Office. The Organic Law Bill for the proper use and governance of artificial intelligence is currently going through the parliamentary process; until it enters into force, Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 applies directly.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from access to or use of the Website, the parties submit to the courts of Oviedo (Asturias), unless the applicable regulations establish a different mandatory venue.
